NEW: Client Area Features & Information
Dear Zenbix Customers,
As you may have seen, we have made the new client area and it's been up now for a few weeks without any issues so far. The design and layout is looking simple, and fine for customers to use and not have any issues. In this blog post, we will show you how to work through the client area and how it works and what features there is. Lets get started!
First of all, what is the client area? The client area has been made so customers can look at the orders they have made, if your order hasn't been purchased online, but you paid in cheque, you can still see your invoices on the client area. If your invoice was manually made, you will be able to still see it.

How do i see it? Well, all information will be found on your invoice, we recommend you keeping the invoice in a secure place, since everything, including your email passwords, and client area password will be shown on this invoice. If this is lost, someone can use that information and could cause issues within your business. Please keep all user/passwords in a secure place.
Once you have found your client username and password, you can login by clicking 'login' at the top of the zenbix site. Simply enter your username and password and it will log you in the client area. The username looks something like 'Yourname.Lastname@zenbix.com" and the password will display below it. If you don't have an account with Zenbix, you can still use the features on the site including the affiliates, domain checker, and other useful tools.

From there you should see that you are logged in, this applies if you browse anywhere on zenbix, it will show that you are logged in. From there you can click 'Details' and edit all of your companys information, normally the information found when you signed up with us, if zenbix made the account for you, then there won't be everything filled out. We recommend you fill out that page just incase you have any problems and we can get in contact.

From there you can see all the support tickets, invoices you have with us. For an example. If you pay the invoice for '2013' the invoice '2014' will still show. Just because you are due the the invoice, there isn't no need to pay on an early date, as long as it's before the due date. If you wish to get your services out the way and paid before the due date, thats fine.
At this moment in time, we don't have a page for paid invoices, we only have a page for unpaid invoices, don't worry as this will be coming soon. Once it's up and running, you can see all of the paid invoices you have done.

As you may have noticed, we have a new order form. This form is much easier than the old checkout. Simply select which product you wish to order from the catagory drop down, and select order now. You will see on the left hand side there is a 'step 1' 'step 2' etc. So it's very easy to follow.

On the next page depending on what you are ordering, for the next page you can see i have put the website name i want, and it's told me i can order that domain since it's available. Simply click the continue button.

If you are purchasing a website package, on the order pages you might be asked some questions, please note that these boxes are needed in order for us to create your website and match your needs. If none of these boxes are filled in, we would need to email you or contact you in person, phone in order to actually know what you are wanting. When filling out the questions please fill them out with as much information possible.

Once done you will be sent the checkout page, here you can see what exactly you owe to us, and you can pay right now or continue shopping with zenbix. On this page if you are already a member and you are logged in zenbix, you won't need to fill out any details you have, since they all will be stored on your account. For new customers, you will need to fill all the information, including your company namd and address.
Once done, simply accept/read through Zenbix terms and click 'Complete order'.

From there you can see the invoice, it will automaticlly be created. Please note any of your account details including your site information, login information and email. Will not displayed on this invoice. The invoice with all the details on will be sent to you in person or by post. Once you have saw the invoice, simply click the 'checkout' at the top right and pay the invoice or you can come back to it in a later date and pay it through your client area by logging in.

There is a few other tools in the client area which you can use, these can be used by anyone who is signed up for Zenbix. You can login and use these tools to check domains, submit support tickets, earn cash with the affiliate program + more. Click below to view the tool.
