If you have tried to contact our team in the last week or 2 and had no reply using our contact us form located at (/contact) we are sorry to say we didn't get your message by our contact form. There was a issue with our PHP mail() function. The issue is now resolved, you can now contact us.
This also applies for people who have also tried to contact us for a quote. Again we are very very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I’m guessing for the users that contacted by Live chat, the issue does not apply to this, as i have had many replies.
Correct. This does not include the people who have contacted us over live support chat when we have been offline.
